Can I keep the chocolates for a long time?

We would suggest that the chocolates should be consumed ideally within 30 months from the date of manufacturing.

 

If you still prefer to keep your chocolate, you should do so in a dry place, away from light, where the temperature is around 16-18°C, ensuring that you do not exceed the following periods:

  • Filling containing fresh cream: 1-2 weeks
  • Filling containing butter, praline, gianduja, caramel, marzipan: 1 week
  • Assorted chocolates and clusters: 1-2 months
  • Plain chocolate:2-3 monts

Can you ship internationally?

We can ship internationally. The cost can exceed $100 to ship internationally. You should also be aware that we cannot guarantee any packages that we ship internationally, for instance if the package gets stuck in customs or melts in transit. Please call us for a shipping quote or to place an international order.

Where is my order/How to track a package?

 

When you place your order on the web site or by phone, if you provide an email address, you will receive an email within 24 hrs that your package(s) ships out from our store. This email will contain the tracking number for the package(s), which you can then use to track your package here.

Can you send me a catalog?

Unfortunately we do not have a printed catalog. Our collection is modified monthly to take advantage of seasonally available fruits and other produce used in flavoring. For special occasions and custom orders we can design flavors that meet you specific tastes.

Why is your chocolate so expensive?

We use the finest ingredients and the highest quality chocolate in all of our products. Many of our ingredients are exotic and come from all over the world. In addition, we do not use any preservatives in our chocolate, only fresh cream, chocolate, and spices. Our products also require a great deal of care, which is also costly.

How do I place a wholesale order for my retail store?

What allergens are contained in your products?

 

Because our products are all made in the same facility, they may contain traces of peanuts, and milk proteins.

What are the modes of payment accepted?

We accept payments via Paypal and NEFT transfer.We will of course take cash deposit,checks(cheques), DD and money orders, but will not ship until they clear.

Can I personalize the Gifts?

Yes,You can personalize your gifts by selecting a particular type or shape of chocolates, adding a message or a note, selecting a particular type of gift packing ,etc.

Personalization of chocolate is also available, provided the order is above 10,000 pcs.

What is your return policy?

Since the items are edible and perishable in nature, we do not accept returns. However, if the package reaches you in damaged or open condition, kindly contact us before accepting the package. We will work with you to file a claim with the shipping company and also work with you to get replacement product out to you.

 

Chocolates ordered to hot weather areas are at the customers risk.  It is recomended that customers use expedited shipping to hot weather areas.
